This office is absolutely terrible , the doctors , the nurses the staff everybody is completely lazy & rude. You can never get through to the office ! You leave messages nobody responds. When they tell you they are going to do something you have to call multiple times to get them to there job. They don’t care about there patients !! 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!
"I had a positive experience at Optum Primary Care-Edgewater. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I was seen promptly. Dr. Breckenrich was attentive, thorough, and took the time to explain my condition and answer all of my questions. The facility was clean and comfortable, which made the visit even more pleasant. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the care I received and would recommend this practice to others."
