Absolutely unprofessional! I arrived today at 3:30pm for a 4pm appointment and I was waiting and waiting. Nobody acknowledged me, nobody seemed to care. I ended up leaving around 5:07. If you are reading this DO NOT COME HERE. These people don’t know what they’re doing.
Very disappointing experience at Optum Primary Care in Edgewater. My husband and I waited more than an hour and a half to see the doctor. The office was also very messy and did not feel well organized. We were not the only ones frustrated. Several other patients were also complaining about having to wait for hours. I understand that medical offices can sometimes run behind, but waiting this long with little communication is unacceptable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the provider Irida Suarez. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely heard, cared for, and respected. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed.
