So glad I didn’t think to check these reviews before coming here or I would have missed out on Dr. Cariana Clinton! She’s kind, listens well, and tries to follow up on the issues to tell her about. If you’re looking for a black doctor I’d strongly suggest her!

They never called texted or verified my wifes appointment, and refuse to make another appointment because of an error on their part. If they got stars for worst customer service anywhere they would get 5 out of 5

The worst office in Hampton roads. Never support this place. It sucks royalty to the point the doctors don't care about any one the walks through the door. Asia Gordon is a whole bird. She is the most non responsive to any patients health concerns on earth.

So, one thing I learned about doctor offices, it is what you make it. Ive been with this practice for over 5 years now, and I can honestly say it has been the best experience Ive ever dealt with. As for the staff, EVERY single time I come in, they are extremely friendly and very helpful. Im also a very friendly person so word of advice come in friendly, they deal with so many individuals that are probably rude so they work hard to keep their professionalism. Had very bad experience with Dr. Asia Gordon and the staff, felt like they had no bedside manner and did not feel heard about my concerns and was pretty much treated like I was stupid and uneducated about a condition i have had my whole life, and I was prescribed a medication that was noted I cannot take because of negligence and being rushed through an appointment. Please do not come here, choose any other Riverside practice as this place does not treat patients right.
