Appalled with the lack of Professionalism at my 10 minute visit.I went to see him for extream grief and anxiety since my husband passing.He never addressed my needs.He ignorantly went on and on about bone density.I told him I did those tests.I truly needed something for anxiety.He prescribed Paxil.I am not depressed.He never bothered to examine me at all.The WORST DOC I HAVE EVER HAD TO LISTEN TO HOW LITTLE HE KNOWS.It took 10 mins .I wanted to run out of his office. .
I went to this office for about 6 months before deciding to switch. Don't settle for mediocre care. I was in tears during two of my appointments with the NP (Gordon) I saw. She would tell me one thing one appointment and then the opposite the next appointment. She was monitoring my weight because I am on a GLP1 and I honestly feel like she was weight shaming me if I didn't lose enough weight, saying she had to be "tough with me."1) I have anxiety so it shows she is not in tune with her patients as a whole and 2) I have lost ... read more
I love Dr Valario he is the best Doctor in the world, this review is simply for the white receptionist with the glasses and the African American who drew my blood this past Tuesday. There attitude and Professionalism is trash 🗑️,they seem to get an attitude because I was late but I wasn't. The nurse who drew my blood had me exiting the back instead of the front door without explanation seemed prejudice. The rest of the staff is great but those two need to go back and take classes on how to approach patients
Omg y'all, I've never had such a professional, comfortable, and compassionate visit to a medical center like the checkup I just had with Dr. Clanton. Dr. Clanton was absolutely excellent and kind to talk to, she really knows what she's doing, an amazing and vibrant personality. I had my vaccination records updated in my checkup today and Nurse Annie conducted them so swiftly and cleanly, I didn't even feel any pain.
