Our baby and my wife both have Doctors here. I plan to switch soon as we've had good experiences so far. Definitely like the staff as they've all been friendly and helpful
I came in today because my foot is swollen, but I’ve been waiting nearly two hours for an X-ray and there’s no one available. Not many patients here. The service used to be much better. At this point, I’m considering looking for a different urgent care center.
Very unprofessional, rude, unempathetic, staff at the obgyn office who don’t know what they’re doing. I love Dr Vong and she did a great job for my first baby and delivery. So I wanted her for my 2nd pregnancy too but the stupid staff gives me different excuses each time and every other person will have a different answer to my question. Two of my appointments got canceled at the very last minute. The 2nd appointment got cancelled an hour before when I was already on my way. It shouldn't be named after URGENT care if it took 5 hours to be seen by a doctor.
The 2 stars for nice facility. Rest is questionable and needs lots of improvement. Wait time, phone call, etc…
