Very unprofessional, rude, unempathetic, staff at the obgyn office who don’t know what they’re doing. I love Dr Vong and she did a great job for my first baby and delivery. So I wanted her for my 2nd pregnancy too but the stupid staff gives me different excuses each time and every other person will have a different answer to my question. Two of my appointments got canceled at the very last minute. The 2nd appointment got cancelled an hour before when I was already on my way. It shouldn't be named after URGENT care if it took 5 hours to be seen by a doctor.
The 2 stars for nice facility. Rest is questionable and needs lots of improvement. Wait time, phone call, etc…
So this urgent care expects you to come to their location while being sick and put your name down to wait 2 hours to be seen. This is the most ridiculous process I’ve ever experienced. I will never use this place. Most reputable urgent cares will allow you to be added to a waitlist while you’re still home and not in a contaminated facility. Fix your process if you want to have patients.
