Dr. Richards went above and beyond to meet my expectations. He succeeded where my last urologist failed! Thank you Dr. Richards
Dr Winston is one of the most caring, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable doctors I have ever met. He really cares about patients on all levels and wants to help them through their ordeal. He is dedicated in exploring all possible treatments and really listens to his patients concerns. His staff are super friendly and helpful as well.
Both office and Doctor were not respectful and rude. I had an appointment at 4pm but because I was an student and it had no financial benefit for them, the doctor kept visiting his own patients and called me after 2 hours waiting and because it was around 6 pm (when they close) doctor told me sorry we are closing and didn't visit me carefully. That was disaster. Never go there, never
