Dr song is great my wife feels good when she’s there every one is nice . My only complaint is the radiology department the front office receptionist is horrible doesn’t explain anything throughly and always is in a bad mood and always gives attitude. I saw a lady struggling to speak English and let her struggle and someone was going to translate But then she said I know Spanish and give here attitude as well I don’t think its professional in any way my wife hates to go down there to talk to her . Please take care of this

The nurse in Dr songs office has no compassion, and is incredibly rude. I’ve been hung up on by her multiple times and she has made the most strange excuses as to why she does not follow through with things she says she’s going to do. I know that she isn’t worried about getting in any type of trouble for the way that she treats people, but I really hope that whoever sees these reviews does something about it. I want to begin by expressing my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care I received from Dr. Frykman in urgent care, the front desk staff, and even the security team. Every one of them demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and dedication. The people they hire here at thr front desks. Don't know where they get them from. I dropped a form off to be filled out. Sat there for an hour walked up to get a status. She told doctor not in that morning and it takes 72 hours. Would have been nice to know this a head of time instead of being treated like an idiot. I didn't know their procedures.
