I worked at RMC for and with wonderful people. We always tried our best and Management knew it.
I drove to RCM Urgent care to night all the way from Wildomar I had to drive all way to the Moreno Valley Urgent Care it took me over 40 minutes to drive here as the corona Urgent closes at 8pm. Once I arrive at 853pm a Man was waiting at the glass door and proceeds to lock the door when he sees me parking. I get off my car and he watches I attempt to open the door and it is indeed locked. Every time without fail I request a Spanish translator for my parents. Nobody knows Spanish and if they do they translate incorrectly. My Spanish is not that great I understand more than speak or translate especially in Medical terminology. We come to a medical setting where they should have professional translators on hand.
I Appreciated the fast service. Dr was fast to come in room. Did what needed asked basic questions. Very pleasant staff. I like that lab and pharmacy are in one building.
