My husband was admitted for burns on his face and arm. The doctor Isra Al Jamed was extremely unprofessional. At first, offering to 'sneak him a Norco out the door' because they couldn't give him enough pain killers to get through the night until a pharmacy within an hour drive was open. Then coming back and saying it wasn't possible the nurses said "no". Then when she told my husband his aftercare instructions she told him "you are going to have to wear long sleeves and a big hat, you will have to be Chinese for a few days"... read more
I had negative experiences in years past. But people and places are able to change. I went in for a clogged kidney issue to give St. Mary's a break from me. And 2 my surprise they did indeed assist me. So thank you. I'm always honest and have not said nice things in the past. I am hoping my experience stays with the treatment I received as I was born at Riverside.
