Josie was absolutely phenomenal. I had my first appointment today and had to run to Google to share how great she was. Very knowledgeable and was able to explain some of my pain I have been having and gave my movements to alleviate that moving forward. I highly recommend her!
I have not found another RMT who is as good as Josie, no one can make my neck and shoulder pain feel better than a session at this clinic.
As several other comments stated, the confirmed appointment’s can get cancelled even minutes before the appointment! I had taken an off from work for an appointment which got canceled while I was on the way (due to calendar mess up by Josie). Subsequently, I was provided next days appointment which was again cancelled an hour before the appointment. Back to back cancellations with no regrets is what you’ll experience here. Try to avoid this unprofessional place if possible. Thanks
Good massages, very unreliable. My appointments far too often got cancelled the day of or night before (three or four times in the short time I was seeking treatment here) for me to want to continue seeking treatment here.
Josephine did an amazing job! She ensured I was comfortable throughout the process and focused on my problem areas! Highly recommend!
