I wanted to book a haircut here since it is close by, so I went in to book an appointment. Instead of booking me an appointment while I was in the building, the lady working there gave me a business card and said to call in an hour to book it. I called in the next hour, and nobody answered the phone. I left a voicemail and was never called back, I have called 3 more times and still haven’t gotten a call back. My sister stumbled upon this salon while living in the nearby apartment buildings. When I was looking for a new place, she recommended I go to Dan (the owner) and I was not disappointed. He is a wonderful business owner and a pleasure to see each time I go in. He keeps track of each client's appointment on his Ipad so that he can look back to see previous colours/cut/style that you had in the past and is always learning the new styles/techniques. When I visit the Riverside Mall Beauty Salon, I am treated well and the colouring, highlights, cut, style and blow dry that are done by Dani (owner) is always done well and always looks beautiful. I am always pleased with the results. He is an excellent stylist. Also, patient, knowledgeable and experienced.
