a waste of your time
Best thing is You can sleep here overnight and load is only with appointment but overall "Terrible experience with Riverside Logistics in Richmond, Virginia (4365 Carolina Avenue). The office staff, particularly the older gentleman present at 7 am, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He seemed to have a major attitude problem and didn't seem to understand that he's working for the company, not the other way around. I had a very disappointing experience with Riverside Logistics at Glen Allen warehouse. I arrived at 3 PM for my scheduled appointment, but upon arrival, they claimed my appointment was at 2 PM, even though I had confirmation for 3 PM. As a result, they refused to load me and told me to come back the next morning at 7 AM. To make matters worse, when I returned after a few minutes, they had closed the door and didn’t reopen it. Overall, the lack of professionalism and the inconvenience were frustrating.

Shipping office and forklift guy(jay or jorome )something his name super fast loaded within 10 minutes. Make sure be there before appointment . All American companies need to learn from this company what is teamwork and how it works? Magic 💥 boom. Highly recommended OWNER OPTR ,DRIVER.
