I arrived a day early for my appointment with a half of a trailer full was told they'll work me in sat in Dock a hour guy comes out tell me we can't unload until tomorrow because we don't have but two people working today but my thing is it don't take but one person to driver a forklift (smh) just lazy which i saw 3 people not including the lady at desk. So I wasted a hold day of driving on this load 90 miles short run i thought I would be able to deliver early I guess that's what I get for thinking lol.
Riverside Logistics is a Third party logistics Company. Growing fast in The Richmond Area. Great staff. And Amazing people to work with. Riverside Logistics will covered all your Logistics needs. Conveniently located right across the Richmond port.
Not the fastest turn around today. Waited almost 3 hours just to get a dock. Some confusion about unloading, and who knows what the truth of the matter really was... Hope for better next time. Word of advice... call ahead and confirm which building you're supposed to unload into; because if you hate back track, it is a challenge.
