I want to share something with everyone. I booked a room for me and my husband for September 19 through the 22nd. I was told that the remaining balance would be taken out of my credit card 72 hours before our arrival time. It had to be. So I called the facility yesterday. Spoke to somebody named Rachel. Just got back from a stay at Riverside Lodge & Cabins in Red River and I can’t say enough good things about it! The cabins are super cozy, clean, and well taken care of, with just the right mix of comfort and that mountain lodge vibe. Waking up right on the river was amazing—coffee in hand, sitting outside listening to the water, it doesn’t get much better than that. The owners are lovely and very sweet. They gave me a great deal for two nights and didn't hesitate when I asked to stay one more night. Great location and very mountain like feel to it. Very good vibe to it all. After 30 years of away, this place was amazing. Thank you !!
We have stayed at this lodge several times in the past with great experiences. We tried booking for next summer and had absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! The newer owners/management have ruined this place for us, where we had some wonderful memories created. Unfortunately we will not be back.
