Had an appointment @1 , they said be there @1245! I arrived and didn’t even see anyone until 2:10 and there had to wait 30 more plus minutes to see the doctor! Long story short it’s 2:45 and i’m still waiting on the doctor! HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE COMPLETELY AWFUL
I've always had a really good experience here with everyone I interact with, and it was my nurse, Keisha, on a recent visit that inspired me to finally leave a review. She went over my chart with a level of professionalism and earnest rapport that's impossible to fake. Such a bright spot during a very stressful month!
I saw Dr. Ryan Williams at Riverside Hidenwood. He is very caring, knowledgeable, even called me back personally when I wrote some questions about a prescription thru my patient portal. I am quite impressed. Rarely does a doctor take the time to call you back and patiently talk with you to address all your concerns. Highly recommend Dr Ryan Williams!
