My husband and I attended a spiritual leadership retreat at Riverside Inn along with some fellow church members. One of the owners, Rachel, led and hosted the event. This was a weekend that we will treasure in our hearts forever! The property, common areas, and rooms were beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious! You’d think all bed and breakfast places are the same but this one is different. It made me feel like home. The hosts were gracious and polite. The views of the river on sunset and sunrises were some of the best I’ve seen. It was the perfect get away specially while going to the creation museum and the ark. A spotlight on the food as well. This is, I believe, the closest Bed & Breakfast to the Ark Encounter in Kentucky. My wife and I stayed at Riverside and Uber'd back and forth to the Ark. Loved it! Breakfast was fantastic and the gazebo by the river was our favorite spot.
What an absolute delight to drive up to this stately mansion after driving through miles of farm land. Everything, from the gracious welcome to a tour of the beautiful rooms, was more and more amazing. Each room is beautifully decorated and maintained. The grounds are just as lovely with a magnificent view of the Ohio River and every amenity you could want.
