My son received exceptional care! I brought him in with ear pain, the NP saw him right away and was very kind and caring. I was in and out in less than 15 mins. We were so grateful for the compassionate team at Watseka Immediate Care.

Went to immediate care yesterday 4:35pm, they close at 4:30. It's immediate care, should be open longer. I thought they use to be open until 8.

Today I called Riverside immediate care in watseka to ask if they could stitch up a cut on my foot, sure they said ,come on in.. so I did , and right from the get to, I got an attitude from the front desk person, she does the paperwork ,then said someone will be with you shortly, then same person opens door and tells me take my boot off, then she tried to take my blood pressure three times, they were not working ,then she tries the finger one, not working!
