I have had several problems with this facility. Between rude employees and personnel having no clue, I would never suggest a person use this establishment. After several poor experiences during visits years ago, I decided to give them another chance today. I called ahead (since there's a lot of snow and I live about 20 miles from them) to ensure they accept my insurance. I verbally told them the plan (bcbsil hma advantage) and they said they did.
