Treat my mother great and she's never had a bad experience.
Went to immediate care yesterday 4:35pm, they close at 4:30. It's immediate care, should be open longer. I thought they use to be open until 8.
I've had good experiences the few times I've used their services
Today I called Riverside immediate care in watseka to ask if they could stitch up a cut on my foot, sure they said ,come on in.. so I did , and right from the get to, I got an attitude from the front desk person, she does the paperwork ,then said someone will be with you shortly, then same person opens door and tells me take my boot off, then she tried to take my blood pressure three times, they were not working ,then she tries the finger one, not working! The lady at the front desk was just rude for no reason. They didn’t take my sons insurance because I’m from Indians which is fine but I was not rude in any way about it. All it takes is a little smile even☺️.
