I have had several problems with this facility. Between rude employees and personnel having no clue, I would never suggest a person use this establishment. After several poor experiences during visits years ago, I decided to give them another chance today. I called ahead (since there's a lot of snow and I live about 20 miles from them) to ensure they accept my insurance. I verbally told them the plan (bcbsil hma advantage) and they said they did. AVOID IF POSSIBLE. $77.50 for them to tell me to do stretches. turns out i have a tibial stress fracture, but i had to go to a different facility for that. useless immediate care.
Everyone was really nice. Asked a lot of questions and read everything I want that doctor to be my doctor. Haha good place This has been a week or so, Riverside has taken it upon themselves to continue to charge me we are up to almost 100$ besides what I paid!, clearly their billing dept is not right….,so if ur not spongin off the government be careful because the bill changes 🤷♀️
