Had a very severe eye infection with swelling and went here to be seen . Made an appointment on my chart and arrived 15 min early to check in. From check in to check out had wonderful care. Staff is professional and pleasant. The medical tech taking my history was very thorough and nice. Chantel Smith the Nurse Practioner was very professional. Did a thorough exam and explained clearly what was wrong with my eye and the treatment plan.She has a great bedside manner . Very good experience and totally recommend.
I made an appointment 12 hours in advance. They scooted me along to the dr. As soon as I walked in. I think it definitely makes a difference to make an appointment. Everyone there was very friendly and they managed to help me w why I came there that day.
Sign on door says no walk ins but you can schedule an appointment. It's 230 on a Sunday with NO ONE in the waiting room and they aren't taking anymore appointments until Monday! What a joke!
Went for a x ray. Sent from another clinic. I have some of the best insurance and when I got there you guys quoted me at 250 out of pocket. Your not doctors your thieves. Went to another clinic and paid nothing.
Maybe stop turning away patients so often
