They don't see kids under 18 months! Seems age-ist to me. What is the reason for that? Any regular family doctor can also see babies with colds, flu, etc. Do they not have doctors here? Seems like such ridiculous bureaucratic BS. Imagine lugging your sick baby to an urgent care to be cared for and they say: "sorry we don't see anyone under 18 months." Literally crazy.
The front desk can't remember what they told you and then she comes across as being argumentative about an x-ray appt. So I have to wait 3 hours to be seen. No wonder Riverside is averaging a 2 star review. When someone has an attitude and they come across that they're always right you will continue to lose customers to the Morris clinic like me!
If I could put -1 i would. Their front desk is TERRIBLE AND RUDE! DRs don't care about their patience. They make you feel like you are wasting their time. Unbelievable, is there any place that have actual have genuine people anymore??
Always call ahead just to make sure. Everytime I go they listen to my needs. Friendly staff.
They always get us in and out in a good timely manner And they are some great doctors They never rush you out the door
