They always get us in and out in a good timely manner And they are some great doctors They never rush you out the door
I've been going to this office for years and they've never done a single thing to p*ss me off - (challenge level IMPOSSIBLE). Their receptionists are patient, their app is quite easy to use with just your fingerprint for log-in, and their phlebotemists are skilled and have a vein finder light - never poked me more than twice. I scheduled online for the immediate care at 11:45 today. I arrived at 11:30. I was not sent back to a room until 1:00. I fully understand that they get backed up. I fully understand staff needs their breaks. I completely get that. However, when I get sent back to a room seen by the nurse right away and then not seen by a doctor for 45 minutes is kinda of ridiculous. The worst immediate care. Never can be seen without an appointment. Which I thought the whole point for immediate care was to be seen then and there ad a walk in. Reception is awful they never answer phones to make said appointment. Then when you go in they have no care in the world . Feet kicked up on keyboards . Attitudes and not helpful. Lobby is always dirty and never wiped down. If you can avoid this place then please do so. It's a joke !
So upset with this place. Called to make an appointment and the receptionist (Ryan i think she said her name was) was BEYOND rude. Has no sense of customer service to the point i had to ask her why she was being so rude to me. Now i’m wondering if i should even go to my appointment considering the lack of empathy towards the patients.
