Came in to have a paper signed on a Monday at 830am. 920am rolls around and they still won't give me my paper back or let me know how much longer it will be, mind you I'm on break from work just to have a paper signed real quick. Front desk lady was unhelpful and condescending. I can see why they have under 4 stars.
My husband has a messed up knee, we were here way before his time was, when his time came, we waited even more, then when they call is back she asked what happened, he tells her and she said something and walked out and never came back, I told my husband I had to use the washroom and I heard her say with an attitude, he should have said that in the beginning, which they never asked what he came in for mind you, I'm sorry that was rude and not right.
