I have received a very good service when I went here. For that reason, I am giving this shop an excellent recommendation.
Excellence in customer service!! My husband & I have been taking our boys to this particular Carvel store because of the yummy ice cream but more importantly the excellent customer service. You can get delicious food at many places but if you do not feel welcome by the people serving you, it can change your whole experience. Very disappointed! – Growing up on the East Coast I have been a fan of Carvel ice cream for almost 50 years. It is very hard to find a Carvel store here in CA, so a few years ago I discovered this one in Westwood, I would make the trip from the valley to go there, and it was always worth it, even though very overpriced! going beyond the call of duty – Growing up with Carvel, I've been bringing my son to this place for some time. We were venturing out early one morning and decided our drive would be only improved with the sweet confectionary that we both love. We drove up slowly in front of the store to read the hours on the door, and realized it wasn't opening for another thirty to forty five minutes. love love LOVE – I love this ice cream store! The owners, their product, their staff, I have honestly never had a bad experience. I lived in Costa Rica for 4 months and would have died to have an ice cream from this place! Carvel and Chick-fil-A were the first two things I ate when I came back! I always missed Carvel when I moved down south but when I finally found the one in Charlotte it was like home away from home. Thanks Carvel!

CARVEL IT IS NOT – this used to be a nice carvel stand but not now it is a dirty place that isn't very sanitary. Would not recommend to anyone
