I had excellent service from David Ruiz as usual. My car was finished before the estimated time.
The second experience was so much different from first time visit. Austin was the service representative and handled my vehicle nicely. He made a few recommended services, one of which I added to my visit. Nice waiting area for customers as well.
Came in for my 60,000 mile maintenance service. I was told incorrectly the cost for the service. My service advisor, Ally told me they could do it for a discounted price, which was fair. I brought my own low beam lights to be installed, but opted not as it was costly. The service tech, Jordan, went ahead and installed them and wrote me a very nice note. Thank you so much Ally and Jordan! See picture!
My recent experience was very disappointing. The service I received from Jorge and his supervisor David was rude and unprofessional. They did not seem to have a clear understanding of service time frames. A simple oil change took over 5 hours, despite the fact that I made an appointment well in advance. To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered that they had not even reset the maintenance reminder system in my 2024 Sonata.
