Came in for my 60,000 mile maintenance service. I was told incorrectly the cost for the service. My service advisor, Ally told me they could do it for a discounted price, which was fair. I brought my own low beam lights to be installed, but opted not as it was costly. The service tech, Jordan, went ahead and installed them and wrote me a very nice note. Thank you so much Ally and Jordan! See picture!
My recent experience was very disappointing. The service I received from Jorge and his supervisor David was rude and unprofessional. They did not seem to have a clear understanding of service time frames. A simple oil change took over 5 hours, despite the fact that I made an appointment well in advance. To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered that they had not even reset the maintenance reminder system in my 2024 Sonata. I drive 45 minutes each way to utilize their service department, they're that good. Highly recommend this dealership.
It’s a dealership but whenever I go to service dept I normally get Jorge and he is always polite and if I have question answers to the best he knows.
