Worst housing association in the UK. Liars and con artists,never repair anything and do quick fix. 1. Insulation outdated 1980 2. Espestos flat 3.Old pipes that need replacing. 4.Go against the judges order on repayment of arrears,but if it's other way round they will take forever to pay you back. Over charged me £8K in rent then had audacity to chase me and take me to court over £2,000 arrears. Judge was on my side and demanded they repay me and not to chase me over arrears Watch your rent account!!
I've raised multiple complaints with Riverside Housing, but none have been resolved—some dating as far back as July of last year, which is still stuck at stage 2. With my latest two problems, which is severe damp and mould in my son's bedroom and a flood of water in my garden, I have contacted Riverside 9 times. However, over four weeks with no updates, messages, or communication whatsoever.
