Rooms a bit dated and quite noisy but friendly and clean
The staff were lovely and whilst we appreciated our accommodation at late notice, unfortunately the disability room for my Mum (who is in a wheelchair) just isn't suitable or safe. The toilet pan has multiple cracks in the base of it (this should be replaced ASAP as injury to a guest if that collapses would be catastrophic!) Also, the floor drain for the shower sits higher than the floor tiles, so the bathroom flooded during showers. Once again, a massive concern with someone transferring in and out of a wheelchair.
