Pretty terrible. It just meets the basic conditions for a human to barely function.

On the first day of my stay at Riverside hotel I was awoken at 6:15am to the sound of a piercing fire alarm. I exited the building and stood out the front in the cold for approximately 20-30 minutes with other guests before being told it was a false alarm. This was very frustrating as I could not get back to sleep afterwards. Great location and value for money. Very efficient, helpful and friendly staff. In a world of over inflated prices thos is the pick of the bunch for good quality that is value for money in comparison to other properties.
