Riverside, no follow up. Guts good finish work lacking. Horrible company. Bought house in October 2009 that was new but sat vacant for two years. Nearly everything they stated they would fix before we moved in, they did not. Had to constantly follow up. Many things still not fixed. Floor had 47 squeaks in 220 SQ FT for hardwood. Claimed it was "normal" and only began to work on after months of follow up, BBB case, and publicizing as much as possible. Floor finally fixed, new floor also squeaks and began to with two weeks.
