Reid is a very nasty disrespectful man! He doesn't fix his rentals properly. I called him to check in a mold issue and he never came . It took a little over three weeks and when he came the S.O.B was looking for rent. I had to correct him on calling me girl! This isn't slavery days! You Know my name ! I'm never renting from him again. Disgusting . This house has a very bad any problem. The heat doesn't work in the master bathroom. All he does is throw plaster on the tubs and that's it. The shower has a plumbing problem .
RecommendedRiverside Homes will beat any competitors price if you being it to us in writing. All borrowers sign a disclosure at closing stating they are aware that Riverside Homes doesn't build nor warranty the homes, the manufacturer does. We can't perform nor have the manufacturer perform service on any home if we are not notified in writing.
This place is a ripoff. The management is only there too sell. Once they get your money you are on your own
Of all the dealers for manufactured homes that I visited, this was the best! I got what I wanted and the price that I wanted. Other dealers were way higher for the same model! The staff was great...Chris kept me informed and Brenda got the financing that no other dealer could do. And I want to specify what great service after the sale....their repair man Sidney is awesome...I can't say enough about how professional he is and how he addressed any repair that I had.

Never make the mistake of buying a home from here! Poor quality and customer service all the way around. We payed down payment on home in early November expecting home at first of year but it was not delivered until March and took until October to fix several things wrong with home. Counter tops warped, just about every door crooked, cabinet door cracked, leaks, cabinets missing. Things like vinyl siding crooked was never fixed. Couldn't believe what I heard the owner say today went there looking for a home by the way I am proud Native American Lumbee Indian in fact !!!!! The sales associate didn't want to show us what we wanted to look at and when I got to look at the first house I wanted to see the owner came walking up into the house in a rant ! Why are you showing them this home and my husband told him we were Lumbees he stated" I don't deal with Lumbee Indians or the tribe" Well that's all it took for us to leave and I will gladly say thank God... read more
