Overall, this company has a decent product for the price you pay, but it also struggles in the area of quality due to their "production" side. Their goal is to build houses fast, for as low of a cost possible, which means they likely use the contractor who gives the lowest bid. The Pros - the house is fully spray foamed, and has pretty good energy efficiency.  The Cons - the customer service is sub par, they aren't concerned as much with doing the right thing as they are with doing what they are contractually required to do.... read more

Be aware that when you build with this company that they are really great at ticking your ears to get your business. However, once the contract is signed and you've completed the online review from the numerous emails they send, they will ghost your warranty requests, and this is even at the corporate level. I have called numerous times for help and am told they are handling it and weeks upon weeks later still nothing from them. This is the second builder we've used. We first inquired about purchasing in Colina Creek Estates (Riverside Home Builders) as we wanted to purchase from a previous buyer and were impressed with the potential product.
