Their goal is to build houses fast, for as low of a cost possible, which means they likely use the contractor who gives the lowest bid. The Pros - the house is fully spray foamed, and has pretty good energy efficiency. Be aware that when you build with this company that they are really great at ticking your ears to get your business. However, once the contract is signed and you've completed the online review from the numerous emails they send, they will ghost your warranty requests, and this is even at the corporate level. I have called numerous times for help and am told they are handling it and weeks upon weeks later still nothing from them. This is the second builder we've used. We first inquired about purchasing in Colina Creek Estates (Riverside Home Builders) as we wanted to purchase from a previous buyer and were impressed with the potential product. If the product is anything like the service though, we were very disappointed. We are pre approved and are wanting to put 20% down.
