As a care coordinator, I have worked with this home health agency numerous times trying to get people connected with in-home health care. Every encounter I've had with Riverside Home Health Kankankee, the intake staff members who answer the phones are rude, they do not respond to voicemails, and they don't respond to referrals that are urgently being sent to them. At least they answer the phones..They only allow new patient referrals from skilled nursing facilities to be sent via fax, which is a complete mess in itself, but ... read more
