I am so lucky to have Dr Wong as my primary physician! I like Dr Wong so much! He is very nice to patients! He treats patients with kindness and compassion! I am so grateful for him.

It is always a breeze to get an appointment for the entire family! We see both Dr. Wong and his NP at K&K Family in Keller.
I just had my first visit with Dr. Wong on March 21, 2019, and I am SUPER IMPRESSED with him and with his staff. They are very prompt. And very efficient. I have no complaints at all. :-) Very happy.
If you want a doctor that you never see (only ever see a PA or Nurse Practitioner), if you want an office staff that is marginally competent, if you want a doctor's office that never calls the pharmacy back for your prescription refills, and if you want a doctor's office whose voice mail box is always full, then this is the doctor for you!
Dr. is ok, but seriously need to hv better office staffs. We hhv been calling for days - no one answered or a busy tone. When being referred to specialists, we would hv to follow up & remind the referral associate of it (after several weeks), which means more waiting time. When we call for i.e. lab results/medications etc., staff would say they can't find info & will call back but never do, which means we have to go through the gazillions times of calling them. Frustrating & dissapointing...
Unprofessional and extremely rude. I will never recommend this office to anyone.
