This place sucks. My father has been there for a few years now and has gotten Sepsis TWICE and his wallet stolen. This time my sister had to MAKE the staff call for an ambulance.
My wife was there for 3 weeks and we have no complaints whatsoever. The staff was professional and attentive at all times. We went there for rehabilitation and we didn't expect cruise ship accommodation. Absolutely go back anytime needed 💯% Thank you staff 5 stars
Mom has been there 3 years and is turning 101 yo . Happy and thriving with all the attention. Must be doing a lot right ❤️

2.0 star rating 4/17/2018 First to Review I called not too long ago and I wanted to wish Millie,who works in the gift shop, a Happy Eater.I was informed that she no longer works there?I am surprised because she is one of the nicest human beings you will ever meet.At least 80 % of the CNA's and LPN's are outstanding.
For starters they need to start recognizing that sometimes family members see things that they don't see because they have a title behind their name doesn't mean that they know everything they always feel the need to discredit the family I believe that the nurses and CNAs are overworked there and they are so understaffed my mom been there for quite a while and I have to say that 2019 have not started the way as supposed to my mom been getting sick with pneumonia due to the nurses being too busy to take care of my mom properl... read more
