Genuine caretakers and staff.
The facility provides good medical care and PT in rehab is excellent. Beautiful gym. Lots of mobility equipment. But BEWARE! If you send your clothes to the laundry you will never see them again. They are taking our good clothes and giving torn, misshapen things that no one wanted at the Good Will and they that’s what we have to wear. Completely unacceptable! I was in a different facility for a month and they were very careful to bring up all our clothes back BTW The food is inedible.
I do not recommend this agency at all. As a health care worker who works with individuals who are not fully coherent of what they are doing, and not to mention, others around them, is disgusting. As someone who has family within this facility and is aware of how their treatments are administered, it needs to be investigated immediately. The company needs to be shut down immediately.
I have worked at Riverside for a year and a half and I LOVE it. I can honestly say it is the best place ive evercworked, from the top down. Every CNA is compassionate and skilled, as are all the staff. The administrators care about residents and staff alike and go out of their way to make sure things run smoothly. I’m so incredibly grateful for the staff at Riverside. They do a wonderful job taking care of my mother. She is very happy. I couldn’t have asked for a better place.
