i went to this dealership after being told that i was already financed by the sales manager jared only an act of god would stop me from getting a bike all i needed to to was come down and pick one of the 2 bikes they had for me and go through the manager interview i arrived and the one bike i wanted was no where to be found went through the manager interview and after sitting there for 4 hrs i had to leave jared said he would call me with the banks break down never called me back i had to bug him and the first thing he said ... read more
These guys are the worst they charge about $6,000 over any other dealership in Southern California for their bikes and then if you have bad credit they'll nail you with 25% interest over 6 years with a $6,000 price increase over the bikes they are rip off
Mike & Leo Need more Training on CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY BAD SKILLS
Overall bad. Mike & Leo need to be better at keeping the promise on bikes. Not waste peoples days, and times. I will not be buying a Harley from here. And I live here.. I will be purchasing 2 Roadglides ELSEWHERE.
