I haven't had my actual study done yet but it's coming up. Had I known this place didn't have enough sleep study devices, I would've gone to Sentara. I went for a consult in Williamsburg and was approved for a sleep study. When I left Williamsburg around 1:30 PM, they didn't have any devices I could go ahead and leave with, so I decided I'd pick up the device from Gloucester because it's a mile closer to my home. Doctor was extremely dismissive. Went there for memory and balance issues starting from a couple years ago. Actually forgot what I was talking about right in front of this guy Trivedi and I asked him to remind me what we were discussing and he completely dismissed me and started talking to my wife instead. Blamed everything on cannabis use even though the studies he stated requires usage far beyond mine. Stay away from him he is paid to deny treatment. I called and spoke to someone this morning. She was super friendly and very helpful. Update: The lady I spoke to at the actual doctors office was the person who was helpful. I believe the bad reviews are referring to the people at Riverside Referrals. They actually set up first time appointments. The girl I spoke to came across as if I was an inconvenience to her, and she is the one that called me. She seriously needs to aquire some people skills.

Doctor did not care about me and would not talk with me and when he did it was not the truth. The nurse was very good and was very caring. If the doctor ever orders my CPAP machine I never want to go to Riverside Gloucester again!!!
