I have had only good experiences at Riverside Gastroenterology. I have been there at least 4 times.

I have been trying to be seen and have had appointment after appointment canceled due to them failing to contact and obtain information that is needed for me to be treated I have been in pain and yet again have been turned down for an appointment do to a simple transfer of records that could take 5 mins they have 0 communication skills and should not be in the health department

My college aged son called the practice to schedule a colonoscopy appointment and was told that the practice accepted our insurance provider. He uploaded the insurance for verification prior to his appointment and no one mentioned any issue. Almost 10 months later, he received an invoice and was told that our insurance rejected the insurance claim because it was out of network. The practice website bragged about "We’re Here to Help You Understand the Cost of Health Care". Obviously, that's not the case.

Incredibly poor customer service (scheduler refuses to do their job and this isn't the first time). She inserted her Democrat political views and did not follow through with doing her job. This isn't the first issue. In the past, they have also made me cancel my appointment or apply the wrong insurance. The department head tried to fix on one of many appointments, but at the cost of a lot of wasted time and money.
