If I could give ZERO STARS I would they dont feel like redoing my testing thats 7 years old and dont care that I CANT AFFORD to go an hour away but they literally canceled my referral because they said "there's nothing else they can do for my gastroparesis" they did not care at all that my episodes are throwing my into starvation mode and that i need a colonoscopy done they hung up on me when I got upset with them for not understanding or caring riverside needs to disappear!!
Do not go to this practice! The cost for a 30 minute consult, in which I was told to try fiber, was $763. This is way more than the average fee for a consult in the state of Virginia!!!
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE ON A HIGH-DEDUCTIBLE HEALTHCARE PLAN. They will not disclose to you that their practice bills through the hospital, which is outrageously expensive. For example... I was charged $340 for 15 mins with a physician assistant, and another $423 by the hospital! I didn't go to the hospital! For comparison, my cardiovascular specialist (i.e., a medical doctor) bills $210 for a visit, as does my OBGYN, who is a renowned surgeon. So... $763 to chat with a PA. Nooooooooo.
