I see why this facility scores are so low.. Mind me, I didn't pick this place, I was referred by Riverside hospital as a followup from my ER visit. I am losing weight rapidly and, the diarrhea is easing up because Dr. Franklin saw the need to give me antibiotics. A drastic weight loss is dangerous but, Physician Assist Danielle Nabers, didn't feel my health was at stake even though I've lost 23 lbs in two weeks. I had my appointment with NP Michelle R. DiPasquale on July 14, 2026 and had to take time off work for this appointment. When I arrived I was told that there was a mistake and had to be rescheduled. I was not notified of any cancelations. I understand that if I missed an appointment I would be charged for it. But now Riverside is the one who neglected. So, would I be compensated for this? Who wouldn't be upset if this happened to them?

Had a great experience. To all the staff especially RN Thomas. Made me feel at ease when I was clearly nervous. The best eye candy a nervous girl could have. The doctor had fun facts that made me feel at ease. I now know Elvis birthday. All around great experience.

If anyone is looking for a Gastroenterologist, please consider Riverside hospital. They are number one in my book. I get the best of care. They are very courteous, from the check in personnel to the doctor.
