Amazing service!!! My wife and I were on holiday recently in the Llandudno area and we had an issue with our car which required the underbody covers to be removed, to fix an oil leak. After phoning numerous garages in the area I came across Riverside Garage, spoke to Naomi and within 2 hours my car was in, covers removed and re add y for Hydraquip to come out to resolve the issue with the leaking high pressure oil pipe. I broke down near The Riverside Garage and managed to limp my van there. It was a Friday afternoon I was a walk in, but the staff went above and beyond to try and help me. They ran diagnostics which threw up a problem with the boost system. They suspected a leak and ran a smoke test. There was no leak so they concluded it was a failed boost solenoid. They tried to source one from 4 different local suppliers, unfortunately to no avail, and I ended up having to be recovered by my breakdown service. The staff at the garage let ... read more
Went here for my mot, i am new to the garage as my other one treated me poorly so I felt very nervous about going to a new one. The customer service was fantastic, very helpful staff who gave me some great advice. I will be going back in the future and would definitely recommend them!
I’m normally heavily against leaving reviews as a business owner myself however after my experience with this garage I’d rather make others aware before it happens again. And I’ve put off writing this review until the person fixing their work has now confirmed what a shoddy job that had been done. Now I’m not faulting the service of this garage, Naomi and the rest were always helpful both times my pickup needed to go in and fit me in quite urgently which for a garage in this day and age is some feat.
