There is never enough parking for paying tenants, unless you pay the extra for a parking garage. I’ve had to park on the street before and then received a $25 fine because the town was doing street sweeping.
I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this apartment community! From day one, my experience has been absolutely exceptional. I’ve lived in several apartments over the years, but none have come close to the level of care, professionalism, and genuine warmth I’ve experienced here. One star is generous. Whatever you do…run the other way. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Management is extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. Emails and phone calls go unanswered for days, and when you do hear back, it’s a headache waiting to happen. I spent a year here, and it was a huge letdown. The front desk ladies should be replaced. Suzy is alright yet the other lady is a blood sucker. Lived here for almost 4 years and this lady wanted to charge me for the carpets change! After talking to her manager “a very nice guy who solved the problem” the only way left for both ladies to take revenge is to postpone my security check “the never sent my new address”. If you ever live here, my advise is to call gold crest properties directly because your issue/request will never be solved.
Whoever handles home contracts or whoever answers the phone when I call Riverside Foundry is not doing their job. They are definitely not professional. I applied 3 weeks ago, I called 4 days ago, I said check my application, I was wondering what happened, they said they will get back to you, but they never did.
