The front desk ladies should be replaced. Suzy is alright yet the other lady is a blood sucker. Lived here for almost 4 years and this lady wanted to charge me for the carpets change! After talking to her manager “a very nice guy who solved the problem” the only way left for both ladies to take revenge is to postpone my security check “the never sent my new address”. If you ever live here, my advise is to call gold crest properties directly because your issue/request will never be solved.
Whoever handles home contracts or whoever answers the phone when I call Riverside Foundry is not doing their job. They are definitely not professional. I applied 3 weeks ago, I called 4 days ago, I said check my application, I was wondering what happened, they said they will get back to you, but they never did. I called again and they said they would come back again and they never did. I called a third time and they said the same thing but they never called back. This place is just beautiful and all the neighbors are pretty friendly and welcoming, Liz made the move in process fairly easy and I thank her! I look forward to staying here for a few years until I buy my home
Great experience so far. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the apartments are well-spaced, offering a comfortable and enjoyable living environment. What truly stands out have been the people —Liz in particular! She’s incredibly responsive and attentive. 10/10 for professionalism! Highly recommend!
