I have lived here since 2022 and love the complex and the location. I have made lifelong friends here. Management is responsive and I have had zero issues getting my maintenance issues addressed. Tammy and Hannah do a great job and are easy to communicate with.
Has a nice gym, my dog loves the dog park and we love walking the trails nearby. And the complex is located in a nice quiet town. Most everyone we’ve met has been nice!
There is never enough parking for paying tenants, unless you pay the extra for a parking garage. I’ve had to park on the street before and then received a $25 fine because the town was doing street sweeping.
I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this apartment community! From day one, my experience has been absolutely exceptional. I’ve lived in several apartments over the years, but none have come close to the level of care, professionalism, and genuine warmth I’ve experienced here. One star is generous. Whatever you do…run the other way. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Management is extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. Emails and phone calls go unanswered for days, and when you do hear back, it’s a headache waiting to happen. I spent a year here, and it was a huge letdown.
