Extremely disappointed in install of new sunroof under warranty. Wouldn't close properly to the point that it stuck out above roof line! I sold my escape the week after, still unresolved, even though I had brought it back & sent Manager pics and email; no response was sent back. Worst service and service manager ever.
Took my truck in for Service, it went in right away and was repaired promptly. Keep up the great work Riverside Team
