Booked my appointment online, the service representative got in touch to confirm the appointment time which was great. Service rep was very knowledgeable about the products and was honest about what I needed. I really appreciated how the team worked through lunch knowing I had been there a while to make sure I didn’t need to stay longer! Much appreciated :)
Extremely disappointed in install of new sunroof under warranty. Wouldn't close properly to the point that it stuck out above roof line! I sold my escape the week after, still unresolved, even though I had brought it back & sent Manager pics and email; no response was sent back. Worst service and service manager ever.
