I've been going to Riverside since moving to the area in 2021 and Dr. Marlowe and her nurse Lynn have always been very attentive, patient and empathetic with me, which is important to me as patients with disabilities are not always treated with respect when it comes to being trusted with knowledge of their symptoms. One thing I have always respected as well is that the staff and doctors have taken the time to get to know me as a person as well as a patient. I feel at ease every time I come in for an appointment.
I called this morning. When the receptionist heards my voice with accent(because my first language is Spanish, but I speak English), she immediately cut my call.
If I could also give 0 stars I would . Not because of the doctors specifically because they are great, but the receptionist named TRISH has been the most rudest person to ever talk to. Usually I don’t do reviews and I understand people have bad days sometimes but EVERY encounter with this chick has been absolutely horrible. if i could give this place no stars i would. this has been my primary dr for years and i haven’t had any issues but as soon as something is wrong with one of my organs they said they can no longer help me. and i need to go to the er… whats so funny the er told me to go to my primary dr for more information but unfortunately they don’t wanna help me find out what’s going on with one of my organs. for your own safety go somewhere that’s not prisma … and i work for prisma and im telling you don’t go here. you will be wasting yo... read more
