Staff is not helpfull, looks like doesn't want to help. I had a really frustrating experience for my kid issue when requested them to help.

I called this clinic six months ago trying to find a family doctor, as I had recently moved to Fruitvale, and was put on their waiting list. I got an email from them the other day stating I could now apply to become a patient if I lived in Warfield, Trail, or Montrose as they do not service Fruitvale. I emailed them back stating my frustration, as I told them at the time I was put on their waiting list that I was a resident of Fruitvale and asking if they could refer me to a clinic that would service my area.
