Absolutely love my gym! Very clean, brand new machines and equipment, beautiful locker rooms, and an amazing pool. The atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming — it truly feels like home every time I walk in.
Great gym , clean updated equipment,staff and trainers are there for any of my needs with a smile ,, no muscle heads ppl trying to show off and make others feel inferior, flexible hours, and low key environment witch works perfect for me
By far the best gym and crowd in Windsor. With a group of dedicated people working out as well as a super friendly staff.
