9 minutes total in the chair for my son's "check up and clean" today. No aftercare advice, no recommendations, no care. Just rushed in and out. The dentist was running behind and that's fine, but it's not fair to make-up that time by rushing through my son's 6 monthly check up and clean and obviously still charging full price. So I have been back since my last dentist left and I saw a new dentist at the same practice. To have a clean and polished done I was in the chair for about 15 to 20 minutes. I felt like he was trying to push my teeth out of my head. After my very brief clean and polish, I was informed that I have stage two gum disease however there Has been no problem with my teeth or gums in the many visits prior to this. As someone with severe dental anxiety and avoids going to the dentist at all costs, I was recommended this dental practice. I have never left a dentist feeling so relieved and pleased that I went. The Dr listened to my concerns, was incredibly gentle and talked me through everything. The pricing is very competitive, I had been quoted much more for the same work at other local dentists. I recently visited this clinic and had an excellent experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel at ease. The clinic is clean and well-equipped, which made me confident in their ability to provide top-notch care.
