Recently, I experienced uncomfortable eye pressure. Thinking it was my glasses , went to an eye Doctor Who did a little bit extra testing and found some damage to my back retina muscles in a scan. I decided to follow up with an ophthalmologist. This doctor. took the same tests, told me the same things she told me , Except he looked me up and down , and said, “I’d be pretty shocked if you didn’t have diabetes”. Number one priority for me is if it’s clean…AND IT WAS!! Sherry at the front desk was so sweet as was the assistant! Very courteous, attentive, professional, and just made me feel welcomed. Dr. Gilmer you ARE AMAZING! His bedside manner is top notch!! I had a ton of questions and he answered them ALL plus some that weren’t even what he was seeing me for. I will only go to him for my eye care. I wish he was a provider that I could see for it ALL!! He’s that intelligent. Keep up the awesome work y’all.
