I was actually pleased with my service here until Dr. Frank left the practice. For some reason Riverside has abandoned patients because Dr. Frank left their practice??? Makes no sense that a current patient would be unable to have an eye exam because of one doctor leaving the practice. Corporations don't care!!!
Feel the exam was thorough - however went for severe floaters - they offered nothing for that - the biggest issue was having them dilate my pupils - never having that done to me before I was not aware of exactly what it would do to you - they intern excused me for my appointment and sent me on my way and I proceeded to walk outside unable to open my eyes at all and got lost and could not find my car. Delighted to know that this well-hidden gem is locally available. I would recommend this office over any other optometrist in the Oxford Hills. I speak from a recent experience in another local office which was an utter waste of time and energy.
