received a notice for a vehicle sold 6 months ago and was told that if I do not prove I sold the vehicle, I would be held responsible, even though they can see that the vehicle was sold. This company and the DMV need to figure it out, I should not be wasting my time for this.
I would give zero if I could. I was charged a toll and a violation when I never use toll lanes. It was hard to find out exactly where I was "clocked" on this toll road. When I tried to refute it they said there was nothing I could to and I have to pay. Charged $30 for a $3 toll I never used. Garbage and trash service and customer service. Received a letter in the mail stating I had a toll violation under a vehicle I had sold as of November of last year. Within five minutes, Edward in the call center was able to resolve this issue and clear the fine from my account. Such great customer service! Literally a 5-minute phone call.
No good. How are they legal?
I sold my car, and between the new owners lagging to register it, and DMVs even slower updating (up to 3 months!! according to DMV) the new owner's ticket got sent to me. $4 for a express lane or something. But with penalty for no pass, it was $29. So I called their customer service and got someone who was obviously working from home. I could hear a LOUD tv and kids yelling in the back.
