Based on reading the reviews, I expected to have terrible customer service, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I had a situation where I received a violation, but it was on a flatbed being towed. I called and got through almost immediately. The person I spoke with, Reuben, was calm, polite, and very helpful. Within just a few minutes, they were able to look at the toll photo and confirm that my vehicle was being towed. They immediately dismissed the fine and sent me a follow up confirmation email. Their is not use of disputing a a trip, if 99% of them get denied. .. I those cameras don’t make errors.
We should never have to pay to drive on a road!! Our tax dollars do that
received a notice for a vehicle sold 6 months ago and was told that if I do not prove I sold the vehicle, I would be held responsible, even though they can see that the vehicle was sold. This company and the DMV need to figure it out, I should not be wasting my time for this.
I would give zero if I could. I was charged a toll and a violation when I never use toll lanes. It was hard to find out exactly where I was "clocked" on this toll road. When I tried to refute it they said there was nothing I could to and I have to pay. Charged $30 for a $3 toll I never used. Garbage and trash service and customer service. So is all of the 15 south a toll road now or something? They couldn't provide evidence that I actually used the toll lanes. So you god get scanned being in a lane next to the toll lanes.
