The "customer service center" is always closed, even during "regular business hours". The website never works. I finally got the website to work two weeks ago and filled out the form proving that I had sold my vehicle a year ago, but every time I hit "submit", the page crashed and I had to start all over. After seven tries, I gave up. I really don't know what else to do. I have wasted hours on this. Hours. Riverside County needs to shut these people down.

Based on reading the reviews, I expected to have terrible customer service, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I had a situation where I received a violation, but it was on a flatbed being towed. I called and got through almost immediately. The person I spoke with, Reuben, was calm, polite, and very helpful. Within just a few minutes, they were able to look at the toll photo and confirm that my vehicle was being towed. They immediately dismissed the fine and sent me a follow up confirmation email. Their is not use of disputing a a trip, if 99% of them get denied. .. I those cameras don’t make errors.

received a notice for a vehicle sold 6 months ago and was told that if I do not prove I sold the vehicle, I would be held responsible, even though they can see that the vehicle was sold. This company and the DMV need to figure it out, I should not be wasting my time for this.
