I've rented dozens of pieces of equipment from various companies but never had such a problem. Renter beware! Take before and after photos / video, record conversations, and keep all documentation, this company has tried to claim damage and misuse and when not willing to pay the extra threatens and follows through with untrue complaints to DEC law enforcement to try to extort the money.
Called when I was in a bind and no other rental company would even listen to me let alone offer different options, I will definitely be a regular customer after this experience! Thank you for your service and excellent advice!
This is the best place to rent from in the area. The owner is very good at getting you what you need and delivery is also available. Great prices. Overall, we've rented 5 different pieces of equipment and had great success. I have before and after pics somewhere for proof of how amazing my experience has been. I absolutely appreciate this business being local and shall be doing more local business with Riversideequipmentrentals very soon.
