I’ve had bad experiences at the dentist since I was young—pain, not being fully numb, and infections—so I’ve always avoided going except for occasional cleanings. When I had toothaches, I’d just manage them with natural remedies and over-the-counter meds. Dr. Johnson is the exception. I had two root canals with him on separate visits and felt great within hours. Smooth recovery and an excellent experience. Highly recommend 💯
My experience was positive. Dr. Johnson’s office staff was capable, kind and answered my questions well. His dental assistant was also great. Dr. Johnson was very kind with a happy demeanor. He is confident and skilled. He re-treated a root canal that was infected. How grateful I am for excellent doctors and equipment.
The doctor was very kind and professional. Although I didn’t get the answers I had hoped for, I felt that he advised me honestly. His input did not lead me to treatment at their place of business, and I feel that some businesses would have advised me to do so to make money, even if the chances of success were low. They even told me the six month follow up scan is free of charge. He took the time to explain what was happening and was empathetic about it.
