For having my first surgery which was an umbilical hernia with a mesh put in place, it’s was the best place to have surgery from check in to check out felt like a V.I.P. Surgeon was Dr. William Newcomb. Hey is very straight forward which is what you need in this line of work but makes you feel at ease the same time. Had lots of compliments on the stitch job! Keep up the great work RIVERSIDE ! Hopefully one and done in a good way!
Very thankful that I did not get my hand surgery here. Dr James K gave me very little hope. It’s giving he gets paid to slice through people for nothing, he wanted to slice through different parts of my hand for a tendon repair. The entire staff from the time I entered to the time I left were beautiful. Excellent customer service. My date and time of visit was arrival 8 am on December 23, 2024. Admin. I don't think I've ever reviewed a surgery center in my life, but I've had spinal procedures done twice at this facility this year and everyone is lovely, from start to finish. From check-in to pre-op to the OR, the process is efficient and everyone on staff seems comfortable and confident, which sets you at ease. Front desk wonderful. Wait time for procedure is overwhelming especially when they do not keep you posted on why they are running way behind. Snack machine in waiting room prices are ridiculous. $2.25 for a small bag of chips. More for candy! Taking advantage of patients knowing they will pay the price because they are starving!!!
