We found Josh working on a home across the street and asked if we could make an appointment to have our vent cleaned, he actually came right over and took care of us. Great company from RNM Dryer vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services Of WA with excellent service and a fair price.
Nathaniel was very professional and service was exactly what I asked for. He came on time, gave me estimate on work needed for dryer vent cleaning and completed the work. I would recommend RNM Dryer vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services Of WA and have them come back yearly to clean the dryer vent out for safety.
Unprofessional. Won’t keep their word. Stopped answering our calls. Problem with installation which was supposed to get fixed a year ago, give us so many dates to come back and fix the issue but kept cancelling, and delaying until now they stopped answering our calls.
