AWFUL Customer Service. Due to recent rain up north, our campsite was all but flooded out. I went to cancel and was told I was to be charged a $10 cancelation fee. After speaking with the most robotic CS Rep, and telling him repeatedly why I was canceling, he asked me "what is the reason to submit for a full refund request?" Ummmm, "flooding." I said it 20x..
Campground is peaceful and basically perfect, but each individual camper spot picnic table/shelter is too close and makes it difficult to spot camper/RV to still be able to use slide outs and awning.
