On my daughters second round of tubes with adenoid removal they had to preform a 3rd surgery because one of the tubes got lodged in her ear. I’ve seen one failure after another with riverside. There was a time when I was all about riverside. All riverside doctors… today I’d never. What a mess. I hope they are cleaning up their act because it’s not only this doctors office I’ve had one bad encounter after another with riverside.

Fantastic experience! This was my first visit to an ENT specialist. The reception area was clean and staff was inviting. Casey was my nurse who prepped me for my procedure. She was friendly and informative and took time to answer all of my questions. Noelle was the PA who performed the procedure. She was kind and thorough in explaining how the procedure works, what to expect during the procedure, and what the procedure can show. I was referred to Dr Corella in 2023. Ended up seeing a NP for Dr Corella was too busy. The reason seen was potential tongue cancer. Saw NP to busy to do biopsy scheduled me another appt which the office rescheduled twice so I called back and said I only wanted to see a Dr. I was scheduled to see Dr corella and of course she did the biopsy. I have never been so DISGUSTED in my entire life. The staff at this facility literally and physically put my 76 year old, LEGALLY BLIND mother, who uses a walker, OUTSIDE ALONE to wait for her ride because they wanted to close the office and leave 20 minutes early. Your office hours, per your website is 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., which was also confirmed when the appointment was scheduled. My waiting time was short before I was called to go back. My procedure was over quickly. My entire time from check in to check out less than 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly as well.
